At Magizh Dairy, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our dairy products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Perishable dairy products, such as milk and curd, are only eligible for refunds if they were delivered in a spoiled or damaged condition.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide clear photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
  3. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Refunds are not applicable for products that have been opened, used, or not stored properly.
  • Orders made using discounts or promotions may be eligible for partial refunds.
